We know that people prefer to talk about some aspects of the campaign via email and text and so we don't require communication within the platform. There are custom columns in each Project for Notes that are internal between stakeholders when they need to be and visible to creators when you share a view. We do, however, make it incredibly easy to share feedback on content within the platform but leaving comments and pins on videos/images to fast track content approvals.
Absolutely, there is an entire section within each Project for Documents. This is where you can save contracts, document quoted rates and final agreed upon pricing. All W9 and 1099 information can be stored here as well with a special admin access for financial POC only. Invoices and payment for completed work is also tracked and managed here. If you'd like us to facilitate payments we have options for that as well via PayPal or ACH.
Absolutely, because we focus on managing the workflow for creating content (whether it gets posted to social or not) our platform makes oversee dozens or hundreds of micro influencers a breeze. When working with nano and micro influencers, its just as important to be able to manage all the content once it's come in and our platform is great for these type of programs.
Since we are not a discovery tool, the information we pull in for social channels is focused on the size of the channel and content centric. You are able to link to influencer media kits, upload custom data from any discover tools that you may use to ensure the data is meeting your needs when sharing with stakeholders for approval. No, partnrUP does not charge based on the number of projects or influencers manages within the system. We want to be your creator collaboration operating system that scales the work you do efficiently. Our current pricing is based on a per seat per month fee.
